3.3. No Refunds for Third-Party Fees: We do not refund money paid by the client for advertising costs incurred on external sites (e.g., credits purchased for VivaStreet or fees paid to AdultWork). Our fees cover our time and expertise only.
3.4. Service Interruptions: In the event of a technical issue originating exclusively from our side that leads to a loss of service, we will offer a service extension or refund determined by mutual agreement. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party platforms.

The responsibility for maintaining account compliance belongs to the user.
4.3. Zero Tolerance for Fraud: If a client is found to have fraudulent intentions or uses our services to commit fraud, we will immediately report the activity to the competent authorities and terminate all services without refund.
5. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
